Website Terms of Service

1. Operator and contact

The website presents the Palladium Scholars brand. The operator is Palladium Scholars Ltd (company number 17275322), registered in England and Wales. Its registered office is 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. Questions about the website may be sent to contact@palladiumscholars.com.

2. Website use and preliminary inquiries

The website provides general information about educational advisory and consulting services. Visitors may use the inquiry form to ask about those services.

An inquiry is only a request for contact. It does not enroll a student, create a paid engagement, accept an order, guarantee availability, guarantee a consultation, or require either party to enter a service agreement. The website displays service prices in pounds sterling (GBP). The inquiry form does not book an engagement or take payment.

Any paid work must be described and agreed in a separate written service agreement before it begins.

3. Services described on the website

The website describes three service categories:

These are general descriptions. Actual scope, suitability, availability, deliverables, and fees must be confirmed directly and, for paid work, in the separate written service agreement.

The services may involve students under 18. A parent or guardian must approve and pay for an engagement. That approval does not automatically give a parent or guardian unrestricted access to all student information; information sharing is determined by the engagement scope and applicable law.

4. Educational-advisory standards

Admission, scholarships, competition results, internships, employment outcomes, visa outcomes, and other educational results are not guaranteed. Results depend on the student, family, institutions, deadlines, available opportunities, and other factors outside the operator’s control.

Information supplied by a family or student should be accurate and kept current. Applications and student work should be truthful and student-authored. Guidance and review may be provided where agreed, but essays or other work should not be ghostwritten or submitted as the student’s own when it is not.

References to a school, university, government, scholarship body, admissions office, or other institution do not imply its endorsement of or institutional affiliation with Palladium Scholars unless a specific relationship is separately stated and verified.

5. Acceptable website use

Visitors should use the website and inquiry form lawfully and should not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security controls, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or knowingly submit false information.

6. Privacy

The website’s inquiry data practices are described in our Privacy Notice. Privacy questions, rights requests and complaints may be sent to contact@palladiumscholars.com.

7. Separate service agreements and mandatory rights

These website terms are not the paid service agreement. Prices, scope, payment, cancellation, refunds, liability, and any other terms needed for a paid engagement belong in a separate written agreement.

Nothing in these website terms or a service agreement removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

8. Changes and contact

The operator may update these website terms with a new effective date. Questions about the website may be sent to contact@palladiumscholars.com.
